I was cooped up at home for the whole day. And I had alot of fun...
Apparently human are always individualistic to some extent, however small.
See arh, imagine someone keep toking, quite noisy, but that person actually keep making you laugh so you dun find him irritating at all...

Why do contruction workers put up barriers that have "this is not a safety barrier" written on it?

Errm, coz they are... Contruction workers...? Therefore they have... No... Brai--

Uhh, coz of the fact, its a barrier to KEEP PEOPLE OUT FROM THE SITE, obviously it is not a safety barrier, its not a barrier in a race track where the car can crash into it safely. Well maybe not entirely safe... But ya it is FOR CARS TO BANG INTO IT...
The construction workers put the barriers to make sure people stay away not to deliberately go "YAAAAA BABY~~~ BOM~"
So ya, hence the "this is not a goddamned safety barrier" notice.
